I've just bought this " BELLE PIECE ROYALE EN ARGENT A IDENTIFIER.......
DIAMETRE. 30mm
POID. 11,2 gr"
from France. I am not an expert in British coins, so I need your advice for grade/value.
(can't wait until it comes

Banivechi,
That is a lovely Florin! I received a gothic florin today, not as good as yours though. I would say that yours is VF-aEF.
You are looking at a price tag of about £30/$60, in my opinion. I am loving it at the moment!!!
All the best,
Clive.

That is a beautiful coin. I came close to buying one recently myself, but the circumstances of the sale were a bit weird, so I resisted.

Thank you for grading! My oppinion was the same: VF. And the price was fair: 31.50 euro including all costs.

I agree with Clive, strong VF with some aspirations of EF. It is a nice piece with attractive toning and minimal wear or dinging. I think you got a great deal for €31.50. If your sick of it, I will give it a good home.
