Three different coins from same source. All seem to be from very worn dies.
Maybe machine doubling on the 5 and/or 3 of date. The lettering seems to be very heavy and I suspect doubling on much of it, but cannot be certain. There is also a die crack on the forehead of the next post I will be adding.

I dunno about machine doubling, it seems more like die wear.

I am willing to take your word on that.
Still learning about all this.
