Poor auld Chuck the I, lost his throne and thence he die. I sure do love the coinage and history from this time period. I could go on for days, I have read SO very much about everything from Liz and Mares to the Chucks and Dicky Cromwell. Most fascinating period for so much variety of coinage and monarchs. Gees it was a 16th and 17th Century Soap Opery.

I know very little about the later monarchs, I just like the coins and the history behind them but mainly just the coins lol
