At about 7mm in diameter it is one of the smallest British coins ever produced. It is of the reign of Lizzie I and is a Halfpenny featuring no portrait or mint mark.
I will add, if you don't mind , that few of these are now known, while they were minted in quantity, they are scarce now because they do not turn up often in finds, because no doubt due to the size of them.

That's a great looking coin. 7mm -- tiny about 1/4 inch for those of us who don't do the conversion so easily.

The diameter would be 1cm if unclipped, a nice little coin though. Will probably add more to this virtual museum over the next week or two, including some of my milled coins.
