I am looking for the flowing coins and am wondering if they are semi-keys.

1910-s
1911-s
1913-s
1914-s

I am haveing troble finding those coins for my albums.Are any of them in some way rare?

Yes they are semi-keys. You can expect to at least pay $15 for each.
