Odd indeed. smile.gif Looks like a 5 kopeks piece, except that it says KOPECKS in Latin characters instead of КОПЕЕК. And despite the year "1970" it has the obverse from before 1935. Cannot really recognize the mint marks ... some kind of medallion maybe?
