Probably thinks these coins are super-rare because they date all the way back to around 1800....

Don't laugh until you see the final total. I've seen lots of "junk" sell on ebay for very high prices.

How likely is that when the auction is so vaguely titled? Not that I'm doubting you, I'm just curious who would sift through thousands of auctions for the word "coins".

Lord knows a lot worse things have realized decent Dollars, or GBP, in this case.
