I have been monitoring russian/soviet coin prices on Ebay since early May 2007 (on a daily basis) and can declare that certain items are selling 50% higher in just 3 months! The question is what are other sources of coins (in particular silver USSR/Russian 1992+) available to an average consumer in the USA?
My local dealer has been a great source, but he is the only one in 300 miles radius, plus his potential is limited... Any good websites, US or foreign? I do read and speak russian.

Sadly prices just keep on going up and up I've seen quite a bit of dumping but still that's not cooling the market at the moment.
