where can i get swiss and irish proof sets??? except for ebay...

The mints might sell the coin sets online or you might want to check the mints if they have dealers who sell their products. I know quite a fair amount do. I've done the research of the mints' sites:

Switzerland is not on the euro, so all sets would still be in francs. I checked before, and the Swiss mint only sells internationally through authorized dealers, and I think they have a list on their website.
