Looking thru all of my coins..........found this one. No number following the 199 I can under magnification make out what appears to be a 7 but it is very faint. There doesnt seem to be wear in other areas on the coin that would indicate the 7 wore off. I suppose some grease or what not was on the die? Any and all comments please. Thanks, Shane
