I'm in no way sure, but to me both appear to be from the Byzantine empire.

I am not 100% sure, but I believe that your first coin is

Constans II
AD 641-668
Byzantine Empire
AE Follis.
Obv: EN TATO, Constans II standing with long cross scepter & globus cruciger /
Rev: Large M, CON in exergue.

Victor, once again thank you for such comprehensive info.
For coins i paid 10,-USD for each. I think it is very low price for these coins.
Which real price for these coins in coin market??
Thank you.

$10 dollars is probably about right for a coin in this condition. There is a similar one as yours being sold right now on E-bay with a buy it now price of $9.90.
