i got two idaho quarters today the first has a die crack but its raised off of the left of gorges lower neck.. than on the other one right below georges jaw bone is a little chunk of metal missing!! ill have pics of the second quarter tonight but i havent slept yet so yea.. has anyone else seen this???

Very interesting - I am having all the State quarters but one delivered to me from a US woman. That one just happens to be Idaho...

It's grease filled spots. I bought a roll and out of ten bucks worth of quarters, $9.50 had the same thing. I've gotten probably 5 more coins in circulation, and they also had it.
