well im goin to holland for 4 days in sept 9 before school was wondering if any1 from holland (or anywhere else that lived or went to holland) here knows where to find coin dealers in amsterdam

I'm going in mid-Aug. to visit my ex-patiot sister and new nephew who live there, and I'll be scouting out for coin shops for sure. I don't get back untill Sept.7th so my review might be too late for you, but check in right before you go, I might have gotten myself to a computer by then.

Cannot help with coin stores in Amsterdam, but if you are there, you may want to check out the Coins and Stamps Market. That is a street market, on Wednesdays and Saturdays, open from 10 or 11 in the morning until 3 or 4 in the afternoon.

The market is in a street called Nieuwezijds Voorburgwal, near the Dam (a little further south IIRC). Don't know if we have any members from Holland, or from elsewhere in the Netherlands, who are currently "available" here.

I just got word back from my sister on Amsterdam coin shop locations. She gave me a big list, most are on the same street, or close. I don't know which ones are better than others but since they're close together you can window shop. Enjoy!

back ^_^ eheheh came back yesterday night at 11.10 an went straight to unload my huge sack of coins (only went to 1 store xD lol eheheh) got bout 500 coins or 600 in holland ..... can be 1000 lol alot xD for bout 40 euros an few others not in the bulk also like a 1850 5 cent an stuff ...an when i came home i saw my letters from dustin an scott have reached ^_^ (thanks guys nice coins ) ......oo also bought a proof set from my hotel gift shop eheh 1983, an also some 5 mix unc banknote .....to make it short .....I GOT ALOT OF COINS THAT WILL TAKE ME 1 YR 2 LOOK THROUGH x) lol...

ps:- a cola in holland is 2 euros here you can buy 10 for 2 euros xD eheh
