The last "1" in the date looks like it has been altered -- quite crudely, too.
Good catch, it looks like an original coin after all 1774 Rouble with altered "4". Not sure why would anyone alter the year, maybe they wanted it to look more rare

Probably so ... Looks like a basement job in any case. Whoever did it must not know ANYTHING about coins, otherwise they would have left well enough alone!

No doubt this "XF" (!!), altered date dog will be driven even higher with the usual sniping.
