Now I am not a collector of Russian coins - pricing is totally insane and out of my range - but would like an advice how common the wide field really is. Any range of like one in a thousand coins, less, more? Thank you in advance.

Not too sure what is rare but I don't see any "normal" wide field for 1905-1907 20 kopeks. I don't know if this started in 1904 and ended in 1908 as I don't have any examples.
