My guess is either Hungarian or German States because of the coins it was brought in with. I spent several hours yesterday trying to figure it out... thanks in advance!

GERMANY / TRIER petermenger of Karl Caspar Archbishop of Trier 1652-76 with a figure of St. Peter with key.
CARL CASP D(ei) G(ratia) ARCH(bishop) TREV(irensis) maybe 1663 date?
Its hard to make out the inscription...mint masters mark is at the top on reverse (cant make it out)
that would make sense... there were half a dozen or more 3 PM from trier in the lot of coins... I figured it might be from trier but I was unable to find it.. thanks for the help
