This is contemporary fake (pre 1917). Not rare imho

That seems like an awful lot of money for a contemporary counterfeit which isn't rare.
Even if it were rare, of what numismatic significance would it be? confused1.gif
Or would the buyer take it home and have it cleaned and gold-plated, then try to sell it on eBay as genuine? rofl1.gif

I would also say it's a gambling jetton, just looking on the style. I've shown a similar 5 kopek piece (1889) here sometime ago.
