This is my new note for my collection

Nice! I like notes that have maps on them. The Notgeld notes with maps are especially interesting (well, to me anyway!) because they are of a municipal or regional area that one otherwise might not see or notice on a larger map.
I'm curious though as to the red stripe in the middle. I am assuming that this is Notgeld, and am wondering if this a form of anti-counterfeiting measure like red fibers, or something. If so, then I wonder why? Seems like a too small amount to worry about, especially with an emergency note.

Hi Corina any chance of a slightly larger scan unfortunatly my eye's are not quite up to it

I'll see what i can do but the note is very small and hard to get a good pic of with a webcam

Have you tried scanning it? thats what I do with my notes & coins.

Well my scanner is busted and the webcam is the only thing i can use to take pics with

Well i have edited the pic of the note with a closeup, but that's as good as i can do
