Has anyone ever ordered anything from the Royal Dutch Mints online shop? Were there any problems?
I ordered a Vatican BU 2007 set from them last week and my order status has not moved in a week. Are they normally that slow in dealing with orders?

I've never had any problems with them.

Give it a few more days, I should say.

I've read that they no longer ship to non-EU countries, but haven't heard any complaints about their service otherwise.

I am based in Ireland so shipping should not be a problem.

There is nothing in the order status when I check online. The credit card shows the funds reserved but not posted yet. I will give them a few more days and see what happens.

Still nothing from them. I sent them an email a week ago and no reply. I think it is very bad service. I have a feeling they never got the vatican sets in at all and are stalling for time?

Don't they have a dealer here that sells their coins?

I eat my words, this stinks, they do not have a site in the USA selling anymore like they used to.
