These are neat. Unfortunately they are expensive.

They are face value at the Disney store. They get expensive after they are no longer available. Of all that I have I like the Princess series the most. I probably will not buy the Pirates of the Caribbean series that is also now being issued in huge numbers, they are ugly in my opinion.

Nice notes! I only have one, and it has Mickey on the front: one dollar 1990 series.

i've only been to disneyland twice in the last 15 years, even though the park is only 1.5 hours from san diego. and i didn't pick up any dollars either time! one of these days i want to expand and try to collect more of the older notes, (besides the plain-looking 1989 notes). a lot of designs don't interest me, like chicken little, but a lot of them are pretty nice.

also...pirates are cool!
