ok, gang.... my question are the 4 plumes rare or not?? the krause says they are... but I can't find any for sale for anything... anyone shed some light for me?

Scarce but not rare, search for "4 faucilles" in Google...
(Don't forget the engraver signature detail, "G. Guiraud" coins are common!)
