I hesitated to bid on this lot in spite of the scarcer coin because of the condition. But considering that it is marked as "scarce" by Brekke (not by Uzdenikov, however), I expected the winning bid to be a bit higher than this:

Of course, none of the other coins is really in collectible condition, and the 1839-CM is about VG or F at best. But is it at all scarce, as Brekke says?

At least you can give the other ones to the kids to play with.

Once in a while, you get bargain on ebay but it is getting very difficult.

CM coins from Nikolai I era is relatively difficult to find and most probably I would have agreed that the price is maybe a bit low for that coin.
