This one was also in the box at 25 eurocents a piece, and I thought this might be something for you guys.
It is made of 2 memorial cents, welded together. 3 stars are added above the memorial, and a cartoonlike figure on the other side. Anyone familiar? It makes me think of Woody Woodpecker, but I don't think it's him.

Instead of Woody Woodpecker on one side, I think that if you take the Four O'Clock position with the fleur de leis on it and place it at the 12 O'clock position, then you would get something resembling a compass with points showing eight compass directions. The inside has what appears to be N E S O or, North South East and Ouest (West).
At least that's my take on it.
