A lovely note printed by Giesecke und Devrient in Munich, incredibly well printed for 1900, with microprinting, high embossing, watermarks etc. My personal favourite German banknote in my collection, and a nice souvenir from my visit to Munich. Notice also that the serial number is on the front and back of the note, not an easy task for a printer.
