I've been wondering about this coin ever since I got the catalog in 2005:

See the scanned photo, listed as Sev-820, and then see the photo from Severim which is clearly a different obverse and reverse.

Here are the scans. I had to reduec the file size.

Firstly. the Severin image appears to be Sev-818, not Sev-820. #820 is not illustrated in Severin.

The "546" coin looks more like Sev-816 than Sev-820 to me.

Catherine I roubles have a huge number of die varieties. There are probably many that are yet unpublished.
