I picked this out of some of my wheats. The 0 on the 1940 looks like it is squished. It doesn't look like post mint damage to me though. I checked CopperCoins and couldn't find a variety. Thanks.

dont think its rare because i have two of them myself but if they are rare errors maybe i can retire before m 18 biggrin.gif

it looks like the 0 was damaged on the die... this could have happened from normal die use... or the die received some sort of damage on the 0 maybe from a planchet fed in vertical... or some other sort of dramatic condition that could have damaged the die

I still maintain its a faked 1940 in copper.
