My opinion:

Grade: Good or VG, the "Libertad" in the cap is almost worn away.
Value: US $20-$30, but look on Ebay for similar coins
Mint: Mexico City "Mo"
Assayers initials: The ever popular "MF"

Nice date, 10 years after the Alamo.

I would say in that condition it would be 15-20 dollars...but you could probably get more for it...
