Well after last year's success of my "First 2006 thread" I thought it was time to report the first 07 finds.

So far none for me but a friend reported 2007 US 1 cent pieces in Texas already.

last year I found my first 06 US pieces (all 1 cents) within three weeks.
Here in Europe I doubt I'll find anything before March but I have two more trips back to the states this month and I hope for some 07s then (and some new state quarters I still haven't found the Dakotas)

I think it will be the new President dollar or the Montana quarter some time in February for me.

Found 3 2007 cents in my pocket last night. I must have recieved them sometime during the day. Feb 14th is early for me.

Went down and got 2 rolls of the new Presidential Dollars Denver mint. Did notice one thing the edge lettering is kind of neat, that it varies coin to coin which way it reads sometimes it is up or down.

a lone 2007-D 1¢ in the SF Bay Area a couple days ago, of course I'm a little behind the curve: I got my 1st South Dakota 25¢ that same day...two rolls of washington dollars will be at my bank for me on Tuesday.

HAd a lady just come in to pay her bill. Becasue Sugar is sick I have to work receptionist. The cent that she gave me was a 2007.... Swoop!

I keep looking and asking people and still no sign of them yet. I wonder if the Mint is working on the 2008 ones instead like the stupid Red Book that is now coming out with a 2008 date.

FInally got my first one here in Europe. A 2 Euro German in change at the parking meter in Dusseldorf!!!!!

Got my 2007 Ice Hockey Olympic Quarters here. (Canada). no other '07s yet though.

Got in change at an Austrian OMV gas station a beautiful Slovenia 2 euro 2007, in my last trip to Germany 10 days ago.

Nothing here yet. (Except the Washington dollars but they don't really come in change. I did actually get one for a purchase in the store the other day. Got an SBA too.)

All I got here so far are a few 2007-D nickels and pennies, and an abused Montana SQ. No Roosies or P mints yet (Closer to Denver here in MO).

I've found a 2007 D Lincoln and a few 2007 D Roosevelts. All the Roosies have evidence of die chips. And I've gone through 4 rolls of Washington dollars, some of those with die chips.

MY first Nederland -Received two of the DUTCH 2 Euro 2007 Europa 50 *specials* in change last night in Maastricht (or very early this morning depending on your point of view). These were my second special 07s after the German one I reported a few weeks ago.

Suprisingly for the UK no 2007 coins as of yet (Thur 17th May 2007). Usually at least the 5p or one of the commemorative £2's are out by now. There seems to have been a load more shiny 2006 1p's & 50p's released of recent

Seeing, however, that this is the last year that the 1p-50p will have those designs perhaps they will only release a small amount of 2007 dated ones.

Found a Washington quarter the other day.

Got a 2007 D Lincoln cent and 2007 P and D State quarter. Can't seem to get my hands on any nickles or dimes here in NY.
