Nice coins. I'm not really up on Canadian issues, are these coins that were issued onlly in Unc Sets or Commemorative sets or ?

Each of these coins wher issue for collectors and sold seperatly

The 1991 25c, 1992 loon $1 and 1999P 1c all exist as circulation issue coins.

How were you able to determine the 1999 1 Cent was a test coin?

In 1999 the RCM was testing the plating process. None of the "P" cents were issued for circulation but were available in a mint issued collector set.

Actually, there was a unspecified quantity made for vending machine operators, and some ended up in circulations. One dealer I know mentioned that he had sold sets assembled from rolls purchased from vending machine guys.

The sets were made later on to capitalize on the market for the '99P coins
