A 2000-P Sacagawea dollar was struck on a planchet left over from stock that was used to strike Susan B. Anthony dollars in 1999. This is a very famous error that made all of the major coin periodicals when it was discovered early in 2000. There are currently only a handful of specimens known to exist.
