One of the many very, very common MO "milk cap" sales tax tokens. They come in various colors with and without the reverse printing. Some 'blank' reverse pieces have been rubber-stamped or otherwise marked after issuance, and most of those are fairly scarce to rare. I would consider this to have a retail value of 25c, somewhat less in quantity. They issued a LOT of them!
