Actually, it is not quite a coin. This is 18 century souvenir novodel. Early novodels as well as antiquarian fake novodels were coined on 18 cent roubles or talers. It was a fashion in the late 17XX-s to have a mint cabinet where they usually put coins and medals (no distinctions at that time) of each ruler.

The original rouble is an extremely rare piece and not many have such a coin in the collection.
