I've been browsing through the NGSA sale & I think this one is a neat error. Even more interesting, it looks like it saw more than a little circulation before it was put aside, despite the glaringly obvious error.

Yes, unfortunately.
The coin sold for 700 CHF + whatever the buyer's fee was.
Factor in shipping and it's probably about $700 - more than I would willingly pay, but then I'm not an error specialist.

Neat it certainly is. However, the price is too high, considering the condition.
