Advertised as "unknown Russian coin"
If it were real, it would have to be Bitkin 1727 (R4) / Uzdenikov 2272 (very rare) / Brekke 167 (very rare). Notice how the legend at the left on the real coin should end in a soft sign, but on this coin it is a hard sign. The usual spelling is АЛЕЗІЕВИЧЪ, or with a hard sign at the end. However, on this particular issue they appear to have used a soft sign ("Ь") on the genuine coin.
