Hi can someone please tell me what this coin is, as well as the meaning of the stamped mark on the edge of the coin.. My Webpage is where you can see pictures of said coin,they are in the photo section under GGcoin thank you in advance

It appears to be a Governor General's medal. These were made and issued for various purposes as awards. For example, the top graduating student in every secondary school received a bronze medal.

It is a medal.It is depicting the late former Governor-General of Canada,Ray Hnatyshyn & his wife.It is inscribed in both English & Quebecois.
