Seems like it's from Myanmar although I'm not too sure what it is.

GX was close. It's 10 Att from Laos.

hmm it seems to have soviet symbol on it. but the writings say some were near thailand but not thailand, maybe laos. it cant be myanmar because maynmar doesnt have a sovit symbol.
