I know 1971 isn't a common coin set, and it doesn't seem to be in it's original set. It might be taken from it's plastic cellphane sheet and placed in this custom made case. But 150+ for this set???

Not sure why the price is so high. Perhaps someone thinks it is something extraordinary?
Whatever it is, it sure looks a lot like an unofficial Finnish mint set from 1971. (In fact I have one on the way with the bottom text in Finnish however.)
But this time it's a 1964, most probably the earliest set in such plastic sheet. Note, there is only half of the set there. Not too sure why it was presented in such a way.

This is entire 1964 set in mint wrapping. There were no 3, 5, 10 , 15 and 20 Kop. minted that year. Price looks "insane" to me.
