The photo is from the Gelos auction of 18 March 2006, lot 23, where it sold for $22,000 plus buyer's fee.
The seller has a legitimate eBay name, but the feedback of 1 appears to be fraudulent.
The other "coins" of this seller are no doubt photos stolen from Gelos.
