Full Version: Nickel with Full Brockage or not?

This one looks as if it was in the collar while a new planchet was fed on top of it.
That coin would have been a capped brockage, and i guess that mine could be the one left behind.

The rim is slightly raised on one side.

What do you guys think of this one?

Thanks

Jos from Belgium

Looks like a brockage to me, nice coin.

Do these have a value?

I only see the other coin (with 2 same images on it) being offered. Are these not collectible or scarce?

Hi,
It is a late stage brockage often referred to as a capped die error.

Have Fun,

And what value does this type of error represent?
I'm only used to errorcoins from Belgium and The Netherlands.

Thanks in advance

Jos
