According to my Krause the max value for XF is 40$ (the variant without mintmaster's initials seems to be the rarest...)
So why the bids are so high???

Many collectors consider the 1859-60 eagle as a distinct type. This leaves only two dates and the 1860 issue with eagle of 1859 is rare.
