Nice one! It seems like the large size Indiana nationals are almost impossible to find, but you can find some nice examples of small size notes.

Nice US note. I have seen these notes before. I was just wondering what is the number 137167. Is it part of the serial number. Also the serial number is only 6 digits. Anyone can help to explain this. Thanks. 
the 13717 is the charter number of the bank that backed the note.... that also explains the small serieal number....
