In 2000, as part of the Millennium celebration, the RCM
began "colourizing" coins for collectors.<br>
They started the program with 2 (of 12) quarters from the 2000 Millennium
series,<br>
January - "Pride" and July - "Celebration".<br>

Day" issue.<br>

the RCM has begun expanding, with this issue to celebrate "Remembrance
Day" (Canadian Veteran's Day). However, with this issue, they took a step
to the next level, and issued this as a circulation issue, with distribution
through Tim Hortons®.<br>
