Dave
This book on Banknote Replacements was just received in the mail today.I was able to help the author out with editing a few chapters, so I had a glimpse of it beforehand, but the final result turned out just great! I am quite impressed with the book. The author, Ali Mehilba, has assigned a unique reference number (MWR) in conjunction with the SCWPM number, dates, prefixes, printers, and even more categories, to help in ascertaining the replacement indicators for the banknotes. If you are at all a collector of replacement banknotes, you'll want to have a copy of this book. http://www.ebay.com/itm/Mehilba-World-Replacement-MWR-Catalog-of-World-Replacement-Star-Notes-/161200920700
ccg
While not in my area, it does seem to be quite interesting as a supplement to the SCWPM, especially since one of the photos suggests it has clear pictures of signatures, something the standard doesn't always do well at.
