Here are the Finalists. It's your chance to vote for the overall PCI2013 CHAMPION.

Bill's 1915 Official Medal of the Panama Pacific International Exposition

- Robert Aiken's medal celebrating the opening of the Panama Canal and the uniting of the two hemispheres. Struck by the U.S. mint at the 1915 exposition in San Francisco. Gold-plated medals (such as the one pictured here) were struck at the Philadelphia mint

They are both beautiful coins with flawless art, but the medal is reminiscent of the lovely European designs that I'm so fond of. Sorry ikaros, but I have to give my vote to it.

Nothin' to apologize for, I nearly gave mine to it!

This is very hard. They're both beautiful. Of course I'd prefer to have the dime in my collection if I had to choose.

The contest had coins ranging from the 4th to the 21st centuries from all around the world, and yet the two finalists were not only minted in the same city, but also only two years apart. :)
