Art Posted October 19, 2011 Author Report Share Posted October 19, 2011 Daniel Carr is a designer who has done a number of the Statehood Quarters and I believe some private medals and such. This particular edition is the enhanced Liberty and 1964 dating simulating what a 1964 Dollar would look like it one existed.
