jtryka
Welcome Anthony! The misalignment you see is simply an uneven margin, not enough to be classified as an error since it's within BEP tolerances. Based on the condition as it appears in the photo, this note is probably worth maybe a dollar or two over face, but it would be hard to get that. When I get notes like this, I usually just save them as they are nice finds in circulation, but not enough to retire from!

These type of notes are the type that get one started on collecting. I found a silver certificate many years ago in change. The first time I ever realized old designs existed before our current ones! I've been hooked since! Watch out! You may catch the Bug!
bekarooofdepew
i have a 1950 series c ten dollar bill, from the back it looks perfectly normal, the front however, has a bent corner, but it is how it was printed on this corner that i was questioning about. Art
jjthejetplanelovesme2@yahoo.com email me and i'll get u a pic of the bill thanx just put coin people in the subject It's not a good idea to post your email address in the open like this. It's too easy for the spam engines to harvest it. You might want to edit it out. If you have email set in your profile anyone can email from your profile without exposing your address. Ryan6878
I have a 1950 Ten dollar bill as well that is printed off centered but on mine where the word 'TEN' overprints on the green Crest symbol on the right hand side of the front, it is printed off centered as well. I've looked at other ten dollar bills & other bills in general & they seem to be all printed centered on that part of the print. Would that make this bill valuable or does that really matter? MrGreenTree
Hello, I recently acquired a 1950 A series $10.00 bill and noticed that it was printed unevenly. It is quite beat up but not missing any pieces. The back of the bill is fine as far as the printing goes, however on the front the whole top border is missing all the way across the front and down to just above the number 10 on both edges. I've included a pic of both sides of the bill for examination. I would like to know if it could possibly be worth anything besides it's printed monetary value. Any and all help and advice is greatly appreciated. Curious and Hopeful
