These selections all composed of iron, hence the rust. These coins issued in individual cities during the WWI inflationary period. Some of the deisgns are quite inventive and some cartoonish.

1918 City of Laufen, District A Notgeld. Karl Goetz. St. Rupertus designs were made in 5,10,25,50 Pfennig pieces and 1 Not-Mark pieces. I have these and the 5 Pfennig piece in my collection. These are struck in silver and considered RRR.
